A dashing young Mysterious Individual who plays every instrument, as well as sings lead and backup vocals. Maybe this person was in trauma, shocked of the current event?! This psychological issue is called PTSD and one of the symptoms listed is denial. Humans are in complete denial and can´t accept what happened to them. They refuse to even dare to think that something bad just happened to them. It´s a way our body and soul protects itself from outside influences and external damage. This has a healing effect to body and soul. You can mostly see PTSD on soldiers and victims of crimes like rape. But also after someone survives a natural disaster like hurricanes, earthquakes etc.
So, you can consider yourself lucky to cope those circumstances so well and brave. Not everyone is mentally stable to survive a disaster or catastrophe like this.
I was totally happy and relieved when I´ve found out that each and ever one of my friends and buddies on the East Coast were safe and sound after each of those hurricanes. I was really concerned and worried back then. Each year the "same routine" with those fucking natural disasters in the USA.
I´m utterly glad I live in a typical rural hicksville in Germany where all we have are storms and severe weather - mostly in sultry summer.
But my friends and buddies in the USA have to endure this disasters each and every year.
A big sorry for this long-termed text. Much longer than expected. Just wanted to write this off of my chest.
