My take is a little different. It seemed like dude was trying to stall and make a scene. He kept talking about hold on hold on, wait so his boy could rob Takeoff for the chain and then rob Quavo also.. It's like dude was trying to keep Quavo there by forcing him to win his money back until they can make there move and Quavo peeped the play like don't nobody care about no basketball. Y'all just saw me play ball.. Y'all nigggaz was just in the gym so why we talking about this gooofy shit now.

Even right before that if you listen closely, Quavo says I ain't mad at them just because they won that game? I don't even care about that. Then dude started to bring up basketball or anything to make him stay longer. That's when Quavo is basically saying get out of my way because you are surrounding us, trying to stop us from leaving and I rdon't play like that. Then he told his team let's go because he could feel the energy of the jack boys and he probably had Duke the Jeweler on his mind.

I still think that he said let's go before I have to hurt somebody but he might not have meant it like he was on offense. He meant it like he was on defense. Like let's go before these nigggaz try to rob us and I have to hurt someone. That's why I am pretty sure the jackboys swung first. Not because quavo was trying to son them but because the play didn't work so plan b is that we just gon have to take it the hard way. If you really look at the video, dude was pretty aggressive standing right in his face and in front of the door basically begging quavo to stay for any goofy reason. It was obvious that wasn't going to let him leave
