That boy is looking at you and he says that he knows your kind
I see you dancin' but you never ever mark your words
Hey, what do you know, I think you've gotta do this up again
Have you ever
Felt so lonely
In this cold
Have you ever
Felt so lonely
She's got me dancin'
She's got me dancin'
She's got me dancin
And she's always one step behind (x2)
Hey, you, I move to the side
Just to lift a little least of your life
That ex got a bullet in the side and she likes what you did before
You see me dancin' but I never ever like to talk
Hey, what do we know, I think we've done it to ourselves again
Have you ever
Felt so lonely
In this cold
World, so cold
Have you ever
Felt so lonely
She's got me dancin'
She's got me dancin'
She's got me dancin
And she's always one step behind (x2)
Have you ever
Felt so lonely
In this cold
World, so cold
Have you ever
Felt so lonely
She's got me dancin'
She's got me dancin'
She's got me dancin
And she's always one step behind (x4)
In "She's Got Me Dancing," Tommy Sparks sings about being completely consumed by a woman who has him under her spell. The lyrics describe how she effortlessly makes him dance to her tune and how he finds it hard to resist her. The song opens with the singer asking what the listener knows about the song, the dance, and the wine, implying that he has a lot to tell them. He then goes on to warn the listener about a boy who is looking at them and says that he knows their kind. The singer then admits to seeing the listener dancing but never marking their words.
The chorus of the song revolves around the hook that "She's got me dancing," emphasizing the singer's awe of the woman he's singing about. He repeats the phrase "Have you ever felt so lonely in this cold world," alluding to the idea that this woman offers him a form of escapism from the seeming bleakness of reality. The song's bridge portrays a sense of urgency as the singer tries to encourage someone to live life to the fullest and make the most of it.
Overall, the song is a captivating and infectious tune that draws listeners in with its catchy beat and lyrics. It speaks to the universal experience of being swept away by someone and finding yourself powerless to resist their charms.

This song brings back so many memories. Back then when my mom got us a ps3 and playing fifa 10 was our favorite pastime. Those were the good old days when societal expectations hadn't taken toll and everything was unadulterated.
