Let's go woodwinds toot toot
You maybe asking, what is key club, well you see we
Viva Español club Woo
Por favor ayuda me
My life
My Rules
My Time
I'll try my best
Then I'll die
That's fine
I like it cuz it's
My life
My Rules
My Time
There are no small parts
Only small actors
That's right my spear holders!
The only thing I'll take from this place
Is a hollow darkness that rings through eternity
But the tenders on Friday are pretty sick too
No Karen, I'm not going to give back the station wagon
Because I don't have anywhere to live
Because you took the fucking house
And no I'm not drunk drunk right now
Hey, Johnny, get that camera out of here
My life
My Rules
My Time
I'll try my best
Then I'll die
That's fine
I like it cuz it's
My life
My Rules
My Time
I'll do
My fucking best
And then
I'll fucking die
So is this what you've been working on
Pretty much
I'm not in any of it
I actually made something a little more personal for you
Why do you do that, film stuff
Why not be in the moment like you said in the speech
I want something to show to our grandkids
Wow
Too smooth
Cheesy more like it
It's because you're special
And I wanted to make something that showed you how I felt
Instead of just telling you
I forgive you, but try words next time Kaufman
You bet, wanna get out of here
This movie sucks
No, I like the director
Yo Johnny that's going to state
Thanks bud but movies don't really go to state
My dick goes to state
One fucking scene this is absurd
I'll have an EGOT and you will rue the day
It's rue
I'll rue you
Garth, I thought about what Molly said and she's right
Lets try again
My Iron Maiden
Shut up and Nine Inch Nail me
Awww fuck yeah
Johnny where did you get this music
Ugh, I think Hank made it
Pop punk will never die
And that's key club
Hey Mr. H you wanna taste
Mrs. Terrence, oh wait you meant your flask
Ugh
Fuck it
My life
My Rules
My Time
I'll try my best
Then I'll die
That's fine
I like it cuz it's
My life
My Rules
My Time
I'll do
My fucking best
And then
I'll fucking die
My life, I'll do
My Rules
My Time, My fucking best
I'll try my best
Then I'll die
That's fine, And then
I like it cuz it's
My life, I'll fucking die

Overall Meaning

The song Get It Together by Trunk of F.U.N.K. revolves around a couple who are struggling to come to terms with their relationship. The first few lines touch on their living situation, where the male partner is working for anyone to be able to afford a flat in the inner west. The woman is falsely practicing saying "I Do" or "I will," which indicates the conflict she has within herself to commit to the relationship. She is also afraid to tell him that she is going off the pill, which could lead to a potential unexpected pregnancy.

The song expresses their internal turmoil, where the woman clings to a photo of her partner while he is looking the other way. The male partner has anger towards his ex-girlfriend and father, which also adds to their chaotic state. They reach a point of desperation where they decide to get married, almost for the sake of it, and settling for something less than they thought they wanted, such as a mobile home, good record store and a public phone. The song's theme is 'if they cannot get it together, will it ever be just the two of them?'.

Overall, the song brings out the complex emotions and dilemmas of a struggling relationship, which often stems from their personal and external conflicts. However, their desire to make it work is evident in their willingness to settle for less and consider marriage.
