„Šiame projekte muziką kuria ir atlieka daugybė muzikantų, kuriems artimos soul, pop-r&b, funk ir jazz muzikavimo tradicijos. Muzikantų sudėtis dažnai būna papildyta kviestiniais džiazo bei roko atlikėjais: vakar su 17 „grūverių“ kalėme kietą fanką, rytoj gal grosime melodingą, švelnų r‘n‘b tik penkiese, akustinėje aplinkoje. Mūsų muzika laisva, idėjinė ir mes netaikome į jokį standartą.“ – teigia grupės įkūrėjai.
2003 m. išleistas debiutinis „UAB Music“ albumas „Nr.1“ (deep house, latin). Tais pačiais metais Aurelijus Morlencas prisijungė prie grupės „Inculto“, palikdamas projektą „UAB Music“ savo kolegai Linui Adomaičiui. Projekto veikla trumpam aprimo.
2004-tieji reikšmingi „UAB Music“ istorijoje. Linas subūrė naują pastovesnę muzikantų sudėtį, kuri lėmė ir naujesniuc muzikinius junginius. Projektas buvo perkrikštytas į grupę. Netrukus prie „UAB Music“ prisijungė dainininkė Simona Jakubėnaitė, tais pačiais metais įrašytas Stevie Wonderio dainų albumas „Inspired by Stevie Wonder“ (funk, pop-r&b, soul, jazz) buvo pristatytas „Kaunas Jazz“ festivalyje.
2005 metais grupė pristatė kelias konceptualias programas miestų šventėse, naktiniuose klubuose, festivaliuose.
2006 metais „UAB Music“ pristatė "The Beatles" autorinių kūrinių programą „The Beatles (a) Live" (funk, pop-r&b, hip-hop, soul, jazz), kuri puikiai perteikia dabartinį grupės skambesį.
