@autofill67 No true Scotsman fallacy you've already failed and we haven't even begun yet how typical, no it is not I'm so sick of you people calling atheism a religion when it is the exact opposite by definition atheists are people who "DON'T BELIEVE IN GODS" nothing more. Why we despise the bible is very simple its fully of logical inconsistencies and fallacies and can be interpreted by anyone to mean anything and validate any action ever. Once more people take it seriously. Oh yes we judge them alright but only based on their actions and what they say we have to because they present a danger to us all I don't want a theocracy and if you were smart you wouldn't either.

Again with the No true Scotsman fallacy, durr durr unless they agree with meh interpretation of the howly boble they ain't reial Christians derp derp derp that is how you people who do this sound to me and its getting very old very fast.

Yes he has in fact most of us have he reads the damn thing on his show all the time, how can you expect anyone with a skeptical mind to take seriously a text that says to cure skin disease with bird blood, that pie is whole number, that the moon produces its own light, that the ocean has borders, and that the earth is flat disk in a giant cosmic fish bowl really.

Yes because we don't want constant WAR that makes us isolationists get the fuck out of here typical conservative warmonger really.

We are objective we allow reality to speck for itself while you idiots base your worldview on your own subjective opinion of an ancient early iron age text.

What is my purpose?

@gunnyblender Watching beheading videos are not for the purpose of finding proper justification to hate muslims more. I specifically stated in the comment before that: "we have to watch these things for ourselves and decide whether the shit that goes on over there is real or not (threat)". If you still feel the need to defend Islam even after watching the videos, then good for you, because you at least understand what you're defending. Does that mean you're free from facing criticism? No. People still have the right to criticize you for defending this, whether you know it or not. If you defend it because of your ignorance then you're just dumb for not even bothering to look it up. But if you defend it and you understand what is going on then you're legitimately defending the actions that these people do on a daily basis.

1. Ah, you quote mined me there. Did you even bother to read the rest of that sentence. Or did you intentionally quote mine me to make yourself look better. You said: "With everything said and the videos on demand. You were hamfistedly asking me to be just that". When in that very same sentence I specifically said that: "we can replace it with anything hateful". When did I specifically demand Kyle and you to specifically focus on Islam. The only reason the arguments above are focused on Islam is because we were specifically talking about Islam. Go through all my comments and I guarantee you that I never demanded anything from Cenk or Kyle. I don't care what they do, but I have every right to criticize them. Criticizing a person is not the same as demanding they change.

2. I never stated all muslims. I only use the word "muslims" because the majority of muslims believe in these fundamentalist ideals....There were many Nazi families who hated Jews, but would never have the guts to kill them. I guess we can't  use the word "Nazis" because that's not politically correct. "Only some Nazis" do this... I'll say it again, the majority of muslims believe in these fundamentalist ideals. I don't think all muslims are like this. If I see a muslim on the street I'm not going to throw a rock at him/her and tell her to get out of this country. But if they believe in killing apostoles, treating women as second class citizens and trying to implement sharia law, will I throw a rock at them? No. I will criticize them as is my right. Just like you're criticizing me right now.

3. Blaming an inanimate object is not the same as blaming an idea, nor is it metaphorically the same. An inanimate object such as a weapon doesn't specifically tell you to aim for people. I guess you can argue that the Qu'ran is an inanimate object, but this particular inanimate object, does have specific instructions on how to live your life. Which people to aim for and how to go around doing said things.

5. Obama doesn't want to say Islamic terror because he doesn't believe or doesn't want to believe that their religion and their holy book is the cause of this. I say Islam because if you've ever read the Qu'ran you would know just how much murder, sex slaves and conquering of nations was in there. I say "Islam" because Islamic faith comes from the Qu'ran and the Qu'ran is filled to brim with the stuff previously mentioned. I guess you are right, it has everything to do with hate. Hate against these fundamentalist ideals that I stand against.

6. Made my position clear about this on my first paragraph.

7. Once again quote mining...Serious? I know that was a joke, but you're in an argument right now. Doing that makes you look childish, and the multiple times that you have called me a troll doesn't help your position either.

8. Another joke? Great...

9. I believe I made my position pretty clear about "demanding we kill all muslims" in my very first paragraph.

If internalized misogyny is actually a thing, she's a prime example of it.

Dead People's Things

Manly Christianity:
Timothy 2:12: I do not permit a woman to teach or to have authority over a man; she must be silent.

Titus 2: Women must be discreet, chaste, home keepers, good, obedient to their husbands,  so that the word of God be not blasphemed.

Peter 3: Wives, submit yourselves to your own husbands.

@Matthew Sarson They can try to stem the bleeding as best as they can, but I think that the internet is an efficient anticoagulant.

Matthew Sarson

@Dogma Disputant The Vatican seem to be trying to stem the bleeding as it were. Since the new Pope has come out pro climate change and been far less vocal about gays and women. Which is of course just giving the man credit for being "less bad." than his predecessors. Its too little and too, religion hopefully will never recover in Europe as long as the standard of education remains high. Im British and its actually hard to find any Christians among the people i know. While those that are...dont even care that much about their own faith.

Matthew Sarson

@Dogma Disputant You have to assume these idiots dont know women are forbidden to be priests. When they are some how suggesting women are bringing the church down

Tyler Epperson

@Dogma Disputant It shocks me that the majority of people who believe this shit are discriminated against by it.

The Atheist

Preach the truth. I'm sure Christian women don't mind being second class citizens. All we ask (atheists, secularists, and deists) for is; don't apply your primitive ideologies onto us.

What passes as a Celebrity is quickly outpacing what passes as an expert on Fox.

Thomas Enright

It's funny how Fox now has 2 former MTV personalities as commentators (Rachael Campos Duffy was on The Real World and Kennedy was a VJ). Yeah that's where all the great minds come from, MTV. I'm sure a few of the Teen Moms will be commentators in a few years.

Tom Servo

Forget the whole other cheek thing.
