In April 2014, Union J left RCA and signed with Epic Records. Their second studio album You Got It All – The Album was released in 2014. It was preceded by the lead single "Tonight (We Live Forever)" and "You Got It All".
The band reformed in 2022 with the four original members and performed a show at the London Palladium 10 years to the date of their first X Factor audition. At this show, they announced they would be going on tour in Spring 2023.
