Anyone have suggestions for how to get unwanted spirits away from you and out of your home? No idea where they came from 🤷‍♀️ I avoid and ignore any signs of physical / visual contact as it’s mostly negative entities.

I hope things are fine with you now. I used to have a demon who constantly attacked me in my dreams and this happened for years that I just learned to pray in my dreams to wake up.
It wasn't until I met a lady who did some Quantum Touch therapy with me that helped rid the demon. I had these attacks a majority of my life but since Quantum Touch, nothing. It's gone.

Go to a pastor. Similar thing happen to us and we called the pastor, these pastors can see into the spiritual world. Pleas the blood of JESUS over your house. Just contact a pastor to dedicate the house if you haven't already and to cast these demons out. Hope these help.

I feel rushes of cold air in my house. Hear my name whispered at me when I'm awake by myself. I had this microwave that would start itself at 2 to 3 every night. I see shadows or shadow people. Mostly peeking out from my bedroom. But I'm not bothered by it. My house is old and on former Indian territory. The Civil War rolled right through here. My great grandmother also passed in my house. I recognize a lot of her habits in the things I hear or see. She always likes the bathroom light to be on. If we turn it off, she turns it back on. She was always up early in the morning pacing in the kitchen (where I hear knocks and footsteps). And her old room is my bedroom now. I'll also never use a ouija board again. The bad stuff came in through it after my sister taunted them.

My lights have turned on and off by themselves... it used to be just my living room light, but then I got a bedroom light and it has gone on all by itself twice. Luckily both times my fiancé was also in the room so he also witnessed it. And I have had the sudden rush of air on my face many many times. Basically I’ve experienced all of these things! 😱

@it's gracie i believe my mother reached out to me once when i was in a very low place in my life and i asked god if i could speak to her. If that was ok then i will talk to her. i told my mom i love her so much and always will. Cried then I turned my light off and was falling asleep when my light came on. @Sobha Rani I'd advise you not reach out to just anybody online. Some have honest intent whilst others will play with your emotions....even drain you financially. I've NEVER charged for what I do nor did my ancestors. What I see is only what I'm supposed to see or know. The media makes psychics look as if they can just snap their fingers & Grandpa or Nana pops in to fulfill whatever those in the Earthly realm wish to know. In truth, anyone truly able to communicate with the other side needs an abundance of energy & must have the knowledge required to protect themselves from any negative beings looking for a way in.

All of this has happened to me!! It’s so random! I’ve had so many little paranormal activity things happen to me it’s hard to list them all, but I have had lights going on and off on their own, toys making sounds randomly, and things knocking over on their own, just to name a few! And just yesterday while I was traveling back home on a road trip, I was in a shop and something started playing with a wind chime when nobody else was around to have effected it, and in the same shop a sign got knocked off a register and the person managing the register was so startled and was like “Woah!! That was really weird!!” I’ve even been hearing some very faint things like whispers of “hello” and slight singing/humming when I’ve been alone... So either I have more than one ghost trying to contact me or my ghost has been following me even when I’ve been traveling!! 😱 I just wonder what it is they want with me because it’s not like I feel like I can even help them unfortunately. That, or I could just be going crazy... ☹️

I remember a year ago when it was night and I was out playing in the snow, My dad too pictures and in them you could clearly see two Orbs flotin next to me, my family doesn't believe in ghosts and said that it was dirt on the camera but in the other pictures there were no dirt marks. I have had many interactions with spirits and i'm only 13 and i've had ghosts contact me in all sorts of ways. I've had good experiences and bad ones, a spirit once saved me from commiting suicide, it contacted me and started saying that it would always be there for me, that was when I was 12 and from that day i've felt safe and happy. 😄

im 11 but a couple days ago (literally yesterday) i saw the shadow of a head on this box by the door for a split second, now for it to be a shadow right there it would have to be someone or something standing in the hallway.(that leads to the basement) but i would be able to at least see it because it was a big shadow, not too far back, but it looked like if you were to look at it, it would be someone standing right in front of it(it=the shadow). I got a little bit scared since its a house thats been around since the 1800's whoch means its not rare for someone to have died here. But the thing was that was right after I saw a figure walk past me, it looked like a normal figure that was around my height or my moms height.(my mom is a inch shorter than me 5'7) i usually ignore things like this but for some reason my reflexes popped out, it walked near this leather chair and disappeared i got creeped out but didn't mind it, then after all of this i hear heavy footsteps coming from the basement that almost sounded like banhs and heavy stuff falling (I was home alone) and i just ignored it. Then the light came on, keep in mind you need a remote to turn the light on and even when you do both of the lights come on at the same time. anyways the light turned on and when i turned it off about 20 minutes (maybe?) later they turned back on so i just left it alone after 3 times and then it turned back off and i was just sitting there like 👁👄👁 and while all this is happening its cold but the heater is on and the heater is right next to the couch. next to me on the couch was the remote and i was getting goosebumps and stuff because of how cold it was i think. And then i hear whistling coming from the window, it sounds like wind but we have a lot of stuff on our porch and nothing was moving. it sounded like a qoman in her early 30s or late 20s. And i don't know if I'm the only one but i can tell a lot about someone just by hearing their voice (looks,personality,gender,etc) but this time i couldn't tell if it was a brunette boy with a feminine voice or a brunette girl with a mediocre voice. but after that im basically shaking because of how cold it is and how scared i am but then it stops getting cold and i start playing music but then it gets cold agains which tells me that they're probably fun and like music. but anyways the night before we moved in my old room my tv kept turning on when i turned it off and it only stopped when i unplugged it and i was aware that there was a spirit in my room because it was cold (vent was closed and windows were closed and fan was off) and i could feel cold air around me. then my lights turned off (led lights) even tho they were plugged in, and my vent started making a weird noise I've heard that when ghosts allow you to see them multiple times and start doing stuff that you can physically see can mean that there is a spirit following you and/or theres a spirit that desperately needs your attention but I'm not sure its true.

I heard a woman call my name. I've felt cold spots, smelled perfume in places where no people were. I can hear in the spirit realm. I've seen entities even my cat being with me has seen them. Knocking, doors opening closing, things moved out of place. I've had contacts with the spiritual realm. The dream I had two nights ago was a crazy one. I woke up from a dream within a dream due to a big earthquake. I was riding on mom's car and it was early morning at 1 AM, but the Sun had already risen and there was a big purple full moon at the starry dark/dawn sky(which reminded me of MCU's "Loki" TV series on Disney Plus). From a distance, I could see countless of blackish-brown thunderclouds. And when I got home, my relatives who live nearby had already came over and I saw my mom, who was very sick, lying down on a chair, and taking some pills, it was as if she was almost dying. For the past 2 years I have been feeling someone touch me at night . Brushing my hair , tap on shoulders, patting on the back. I even feel the bed shake and pressure on the bed . What I remember was a place where it's dark and is foggy and it has a door in front of me. I opened the door and welcomed both my Grandmas. Well I've seen an apparition mimicking my family members. Or 1 time my associate from work last year as I saw him stand on the end of my bed as I woke up and I ask what are you doing here? It didn't reply and I was puzzled at that moment. And I also remembered the time I was in my lounge room sleeping on the couch I remembered, it sounded like a woman but a dark tone voice in a raised tone "there, it is on you". And I felt this presence behind me and I'm like fuck this I'm bringing the blanket on my face in case it's levitating over me. I also remembered when I was 13 years old when I woke up in the middle of the night don't remember why, but I rolled over to my left side looked out of my window, saw a apparition appeared to be, 5.10-6.5 foot tall black apparition with white glowing piercing eyes just staring at me, as a laid there looking at it. I felt goosebumps at that moment, I didn't react at that moment but I felt this weird sensation around me, like this isn't right so I turned away for a moment it was gone. And I felt my instinct kick in like if I act or move this way it could appear somewhere else. So I looked over to my right side of my bed, and damn right I was, and it was standing at the door. After my father's passing, I cared for my mother who had Alzheimer's until she passed. I've caught plenty of orbs on my security camera before and after her passing. I know we are still in contact with each other. 🙏☺️💞

@John Wahan I dont tell this to anyone. Not for years. But when I was 13 years old my grandad passed away from lung cancer. A few months after I was doing what some kids do and started to smoke. I was in my old bedroom with my best friend and sharing cigarette when I had something poke me two times in my upper right back. Just below my shoulder and within a second later it told me to shush. Like right into my right ear. It was like someone was right next to me. I felt it and heard it. I felt this wave of fear and confusion come over me. I didnt freak out. I jumped and my mate just said what the f**k are you doing?. I explained what just happened. As he was sitting down infront of me. He knew i wasn't joking. Let me tell you something creepy I’m in 2nd grade and when I asked my teacher to go to the bathroom she said yes and when I was done I went to wash my hands and then I saw this little girl run into the girl bathroom she looked like me same hair and then I was like who was that so then I went into the bathroom to check who it was and there was no one in there I checked in all the stalls no one so I ran back into my classroom and then a month later I was not feeling good and all so my friend kept taking me to the bathroom to see if I needed to throw up and when I looked into the toilet I saw me but brusies and scarfs and cuts and blood over my face and then I told my friend and we raced back to the class room.

My elderly Neighbor passed away i gave that poor man always alone so much love when he was alive and it came from my heart he hated his son and his son was the one who kept everything my neighbor didn't want him to have and i feel my neighbor is now in my apartment so many things keep happening the told me open they've told me to open door and tell him he could leave, but I don't want him to. I have a spirit attachment. And no matter how anny times I try to forget about it or make it leave, it won't go. And I get emotional. Like I wanted to cry. The spirit isn't evil. Today The The Radio In My Truck Came On By Itself. I Turned It Off. But It Turned On & Off Twice. It Was Damp Inside The Truck From Last Night's Rain. I Thought That Might Of Been The Reason.
