Great video, all the better for looking at the new generation of players. His mix of patience and thoroughness is clearly paying off. As always, your manner of highlighting makes for a most enjoyable and useful 10 minutes, thank you!

Great points to think about. At this point in my squash journey, I feel I am most needing to work on (a), (b) and (c). I have discovered (d) and (e) as I have gone along and it's good to have a name to put along those two qualities. The micro adjustments to set up my optimal striking zone (d) and hitting the obvious shot with confidence (e) have done me very well in my last few matches. I have observed someone else playing against me actually do (b) and it's made me think a lot about it. I hope to get better at the patience thing, but it seems to be quite difficult in the fast paced action on court.

AR Proformance

Thanks Geoff. Glad you're thinking about the game and consciously evolving. Keep up the solid, thoughtful effort 👊🏼

Nice video. My takeaway, it's good to return to the fundamentals and recalibrate, and further hone these skills.

AR Proformance

Thanks for watching Darren. Recalibrating fundamentals is critical. Often times we get frustrated about our game not clicking, or why a shot isn't working. It almost always comes back to fundamentals and inconsistencies there. Wishing you the best on your squash journey!
