I will like to add , pay attention to what they say to you behind your back, pay attention to how selfish they are , do they tend to put themselves first alot ? Also , a toxic environment often molds people into toxic people , think poor areas , filled with crime , don't trust anyone , someone you know for years could stab you 8n the back , really look at their character, do they hold strong values based on good character? If you see them as a casual person , chances are they don't give a F about anyone but themselves and they betray you if it really benefits them.

It was not senseless, read the article. Drug dealer A killed drug dealer B over a drug deal gone wrong. I don't approve of his methods but the killer singlehandedly made the community healthier and safer by taking two drug dealers off the streets. The dead drug dealer's child will now hopefully not be raised under the influence of a drug dealer, although the mother is obviously exceedingly bad at choosing partners.

Friends like that? Let me tell you about my experience. I was in my early teens more that 70 years ago and I was part of a group of kids from school, all pretty bright, all eleven plus and at a grammar school. I won't say 'gang,' we were just kids who had a lot in common. Mocked authority and school and all that, just 'mischief' but nothing criminal. Back then firearms were plentiful, just a few years after the war's end. I had a small Browning, ,32 pistol and ammo, more of a ladies purse gun, I had got it in a now long forgotten swap, as kids do. This time I was with the black sheep of our group, a guy called Jack Jones, who really was crazy and we were never all that comfortable with him around.

This day we were on a large urban field in South Shore Blackpool where hundreds of coaches were parked at the height of the season. It was winter so there was nothing there. I took out the gun, showed it to Jonesy and loaded the magazine. I cocked it and pulled the trigger but nothing happened. I reloaded and fiddled around but it still wouldn't go off. Jonesy got impatient and wanted to try it himself. I checked it wasn't cocked (I knew a lot about guns by then, had owned and fired several) and handed it to him.

You know the way Lee Marvin (or Richard Widmark) looks when he's grinning like a maniac?* That's what Jonesy's face looked like when he pulled the slide back, stepped forward with a cartridge in the chamber, two feet from my head, and pulled the trigger! There was a click and of course, nothing happened. A 100% psychopath. I felt a huge hot wave flow through my body, grabbed the gun off him sat down because my legs were shaking, took out the magazine, cleared the chamber, and was on the verge of tears. I had little to do with him after that.

Their body language looked relaxed. Afterwards though, their body language is completely different and they're walking with distance between them. That's why it only took 7 minutes for the killer to finish him off and flee. There's no way the WHOLE altercation would have took place in just those 7 mins. It was brewing from before. I have no idea if there is a court report.

Damn, he was the same age as me. It hits hard because at this age, it's where you have so many plans ahead of you that you're planning on doing in life. Knowing that he passed away in that condition really grabbed me back to reality to always be mindful and grateful on where I'm standing and doing. This story became personal for me because I seriously have trust issues with a lot of my friends, and since school I left behind a lot of friends who betrayed me and didn't take my company seriously, and I end up with only a small circle of friends, which I'm extremely happy about. But to know amongst that small circle of friends I have, would end up being my killer, is just heartbreaking and gut wrenching to swallow.

Technically, if you do anything you do it by faith' ie Cross a Road Parachute out of a plane - faith that you will arrive safely etc.
Be aware but live by faith or even stronger faith ! Friends come and go that's part of life as we advance and mature. But statistically the chances of being murdered by a " friend " are Very slim indeed in reality so remember that and when or if events like that do take place in life there are Usually 2
Reasons why: One, there usually is/has to be a " Viable " Motive in the mind of the killer or - Two, that person is insane or suffering mental illness issues - Drug misuse can also be a factor in that !
