Having been passed by in the 2003 draft and only picked up late in the 2004 season as the Montreal Expo's third base coach after injuries left the team short staffed, Gregory McGarry's lust for life found another outlet. Violet Hour, the project of a dejected and overlooked baseball coach, plays rock music that is better on average than Ty Cobb. Fresh off an extensive tour through most of Mongolia, Violet Hour found time to record the Castro Arms EP in honor of the many man who touched them during their travels.
