And drinks it downs, is this guy mad
When you ask him why he's going to ruin his life
He answers shortly 'What can I do'
He doesn't want to set an end to his life
Although he wants to live he can't survive
Isn't it the same thing we're just doing on this world
Is this the only way, the way we're going
Never able to make winter come
It's just the same as imagine snow in summertime
Never able to make winter come
Science fiction it was called some years ago
What now became reality
There' a tragic that we can see the future clear
But we don't react the way we should
There' a tragic that we can see the future clear
But we don't react the way we should
It's just the same as imagine snow in summertime
Never able to make winter come
It's just the same as imagine snow in summertime
Never able to make winter come
The world is crying but we destroy the boat we're on
We all could live in harmony
We know the right way, we know all the things we should do
To save this world for me and you
It's just the same as imagine snow in summertime
Never able to make winter come
It's just the same as imagine snow in summertime
Never able to make winter come
The lyrics of Wild Silk's song "Isn't It" talk about the self-destructive ways of man on this world. The song begins with a metaphorical reference of a man drinking poison in his glass, highlighting how humans knowingly consume things that can harm them. It questions the sanity of such actions and how even when questioned, people answer with a sense of resignation towards their way of life.
The lyrics later compare the state of the world to the impossibility of snow in summertime, highlighting the tragic reality of not being able to make a change when it is required the most. The song points out that science fiction is no longer just imagination but has now become a reality. It is a poignant song that addresses the need for humans to react and change their current ways to create a better world for everyone.
The song's message is an important one, and the lyrics convey it with utmost intensity. It encourages deep introspection about personal choices and the impact they have on the world around us. The overall tone of the song is not judgmental but instead urges the listeners to reflect and make important changes towards a better collective future.
