Just Another Day--
Just Another Day---

V1

My tears trickle down the window pane like raindrops--
Honesty flies directly at me smudging my make-up--
I look out to the postcard view I've created in my mind-
Oh the paints have dried, oh the pastels smudged
Oh let's sit back and recline---

It's just a dream, just a dream just a dream dream
Dream, of bitter illusion-
It's just a dream, just a dream,
Just a dream, dream, dream, of creative delusion-
Cuz sometimes what we yearn for is what we'd really kill for-
Sometimes what we yearn for is what we'd- is what we'd-,
Is what we---'d really die for---

V2

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to Xsara's song "Just Another Day" describe the feeling of disappointment and disillusionment with life. The tears that trickle down the window pane represent the sadness and frustration that come with unfulfilled dreams and expectations. As the honesty flies directly at the singer, smudging her make-up, it symbolizes the reality that often undermines our illusions and makes us question ourselves. The postcard view that has been created in the singer's mind is a representation of the idealized version of life that we often wish for but rarely achieve.

The repetitive phrase "just a dream" emphasizes the theme of disillusionment and disappointment. The dream that the singer refers to is one of "bitter illusion" and "creative delusion" because it is not realistic or achievable. The line "sometimes what we yearn for is what we'd really kill for" suggests that the singer is aware that the dream they are holding onto is not just unrealistic but dangerous, leading them to put their own lives in jeopardy in pursuit of it. The ending with the repeated phrase "Just Another Day" emphasizes the mundane reality of everyday life, as the singer resigns herself to the idea that this is what life is and there is no way to escape it.

This is my first car. After 12 000 km it's great to have it. For Bulgarian roads seems fine and there is a lot of space for the driver.

Stabiliser connectors are weak on rough roads, you'll have to replace them one day. Thankfully they're cheap :D
