Signed to LaFace Records, they are best known for singles such as "U-Way" (1999) and "85 South" (2000), featuring Big Boi of OutKast and Chris Streng. After a two year absence they returned with "Cadillac Pimpin'," scoring a moderate hit. But the duo achieved a major hit with "Damn!" produced by Lil Jon.
After three years, they returned with "Datz Me" featuring Young Buck of G-Unit and another Lil' Jon produced hit "Presidential". They released their second single, "Chop Chop", from their 3rd album Ev'rybody Know Me which is produced by Scott Storch.
They were arrested on June 1, 2006 on drugs and weapons charges in Atlanta with members of their entourage. J-Bo and Sean Paul never had any trouble with the law before this arrest. All charges were dismissed when they attended their hearing in late May 2007.
Sean P has made numerous appearances in hit singles including Cherish's "Do It To It," Sammie's "You Should Be My Girl," and Lil Jon's "Snap Yo Fingers" with E-40.
Sean P is currently working on a solo project under Jive Records that is scheduled for release in early 2008. The first official single "Everywhere We Go" features DJ Khaled. Other appearances include T-Pain and X.O.
The duo is also working on their fourth studio album. The first single titled "Whole Lotta Ass" will be released to radio in late October of 2007. The track will feature Jacki-O and Busta Rhymes.

And hit you with that you-Way so don't be surprised
We buckin' blowin' chillin' and sippin' on something good
I'm peepin' out the scenery and wishin' a nigga would
In case it just might pop I'm 'bout ready to lock and load
To take you through the South to show you how we throw dem bows
If you don't give a damn, we don't give a fuck
If you don't give a damn, we don't give a fuck
If you don't give a damn, we don't give a fuck
If you don't give a damn, we don't give a fuck
Don't start no shit, it won't be no shit
Don't start no shit, it won't be no shit
Don't start no shit, it won't be no shit
Don't start no shit, it won't be no shit

The song "Damn" by Young Bloodz is a rap about Southern street culture. The opening lines introduce the artists Sean Paul, Lil John, J-Bo, and the Youngbloodz themselves. They declare their strength and toughness, indicating that they come from the streets and understand the culture around them. The verses continue the theme with talk of guns, fighting, and drinking malt liquor. The chorus is a repetition of the statement “If you don't give a damn, we don't give a fuck” meaning that they do not care about the consequences of their actions as long as they are true to themselves. The last verse talks about Southern pride and their reputation for being tough.
The song seems to celebrate the rough and tough side of Southern street culture. It is full of references to violence, alcohol, and guns which are often glorified in rap music. However, it also suggests that there is a sense of community and loyalty within the culture. The artists refer to themselves as part of The Attic Crew and call out their fellow Southerners. The music itself is also representative of Southern hip-hop with its heavy bass and call and response rhyming.
