Of course Brown wants him to stay, but the team has got to provide him with a car that's not only fast, but gets poles, is exceptionally competitive but more over wins races.
If those are missing, Norris isnt going to hang around on promises, if's, but's and maybe's.

Thats all water under the bridge, unless theres another engine on the table and its better than the Mercedes and Honda ones, they are going to be languishing behind Mercedes and fighting with Racing Point/Aston Martin again, and if that happens, Norris and Piastri will both leave sooner rather than later!
As for driver line up, McLaren have potentially the third equal best driver line up.
If Red Bull had a better driver supporting Verstappen, then they would be top.

Am I the only one who didn't know mclaren were launching a livery today? I saw everything yesterday and just assumed the brand was entering a new era. This is such a shock to me 😭

The only hints dropped was a graphic from yesterday with "16.01" on it. Nothing else was reported so it was a genuine shock to all who didn't attend the event.
