1) Formed in 2006 , Zombie Girl comes from Edmonton, Canada, and is the creative project of Renee Cooper. Her music is often described as electronic body music, with elements of rock 'n' roll and classic horror movie themes and a touch of humour. The songs are pumping, groovy and magnificently lead by Renee Cooper's captivating voice. She is the voice, body and spirit behind Zombie Girl. Zombie Girl was signed to the Alfa Matrix label. The first official Zombie Girl show was on Halloween, at the New City venue in Edmonton. Only 30 minutes in length but bearing enough power and gore to stick to the minds of those who attended for years to come.
Her ex-husband Sebastian R. Komor of Icon of Coil co-founded the project and produced the music and most of the lyrics up until their split. The two disbanded and divorced in 2009 due to personal reasons.
In July 2011, Cooper announced via Facebook that she has chosen VoA VoXyd from Ad Inferna to co-write and produce her new forthcoming album, though due to scheduling conflicts, as of May 2013, Dave "Rave" Ogilvie has been announced as the new producer.
Some Zombie Girl songs can be found on different European and Mexican compilations. Creepy Crawler is featured on the industrial compilation Endzeit Bunkertracks, Act 2 (disc 3: Damage Session), We Are the Ones made the Advanced Electronics, Volume 4 (disc 1) tracklist and I Want It debut on Alfa Matrix's own Cyberl@b, Volume 5.0 (disc 2). These releases are also available in North America on the label Metropolis Records.
2) The bass player from the Band Messer Chups.

Zombie Girl Lyrics

I hope that they can live in peace
I'm not the one for you
You're not the one for me
We are like night and day
But damn, I want you anyway
Like thousand kids of sun
But deep inside, I know you hate me
Well, I hate you too, you irritate me
Here comes the living dead
Here comes the rain
We're gonna tear this town down today
Yeah, yeah
Bum bum bum bum bum pa dum bum
Bum bum bum bum bum pa dum bum
Bum bum bum bum bum pa dum bum
Bum bum bum bum bum pa dum bum
We don't need to know where you are
You don't want to know where we are
Because you know if I would meet you
I would get you down on your knees and eat you
We're gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Here comes the living dead
Here comes the rain
We're gonna tear this town down today
Yeah, yeah
Here comes the living dead
It comes today
We're gonna tear this town down today
Hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
Hey, hey, hey
We're gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Here comes the living dead
Here comes the rain
We're gonna tear this town down today
Here comes the living dead
Here comes the rain
We're gonna tear this town down today
We're gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
Gonna getcha
The opening lines "I've always been terrified of the dead, I hope that they can live in peace" can be interpreted as a reflection of the singer's inner turmoil. This could mean that the singer is experiencing conflicting emotions about their own mortality, and in extension, the mortality of others. The hope for the dead can live in peace could be a way of processing the fear and coming to terms with the inevitability of it.
The chorus "Gonna getcha, gonna getcha" is repeated several times throughout the song and can represent different ideas. It could be interpreted as the singer's desire to chase and capture what they want, or it could be a message to their detractors, as if to say "we will get you." The repetition of the phrase can also be seen as a way of building tension and urgency in the song.
The bridge "We don't need to know where you are, you don't want to know where we are, because you know if I would meet you, I would get you down on your knees and eat you" adds a violent twist to the song. It could be interpreted as the singer's fierce attitude towards whoever they are addressing, and the violent intent behind the words could be a way of portraying their frustration or anger towards the object of their desire.
Overall, the song conveys a sense of unease and desperation, with the driving rock beat and dark undertones creating a sense of urgency and a desire to act.
