Everybody let's get together
Oh-oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh
Everybody let's get together
Oh-oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh
Everybody let's get together
Oh-oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh
Everybody let's get together
We're not made to be alone
We can't do this on our own
I will be your helping hand
If you ever need a friend
We're not made to be alone
So carry, carry on
Everybody let's get together
With everybody it's so much better
'Cause there is nothing we can't do
No mountain we can't move
Oh-oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh
Everybody let's get together
Oh-oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh
Everybody let's get together
A thousand voices ringing out
When all the people gather round
This is right where we belong
Arms are locked, we're standing strong
A thousand voices ringing out
We carry, carry on
Everybody let's get together
With everybody it's so much better
'Cause there is nothing we can't do
No mountain we can't move
Oh-oh, oh, oh, oh, oh-oh

Everybody let's get together
The opening lines of Friends in Tokyo's song Let's Get Together call on everyone to unite and join forces. It emphasizes the concept that we are not meant to live alone and emphasizes the importance of human connection. The lyrics suggest that when we come together, we are stronger than when we are on our own.
The lines "We're not made to be alone, We can't do this on our own" seems to be a reminder that human beings are social creatures and without each other's support, we are unlikely to fare well in this world. The song encourages everyone to be a friend to someone else, to offer a helping hand, and to walk together towards common goals.
The chorus "Everybody let's get together, With everybody it's so much better" emphasizes the joy that comes from being a part of a group or a community. It reinforces the idea that we are better together and that there's nothing we cannot achieve when we come together as a team. The song concludes by repeating the chorus and encouraging everyone to maneuver past obstacles and move mountains.
