My condolences. I lost mine to an illness, and I do also wish that I could’ve talked to them more in what I didn’t know then were their final days.

End of 2012 I went through a tough mental space, went halfway across the country to Houston for 3 months as a change of scenery. It was the change I needed at the time, and ended up being a very healing time. This song was on my favorite satellite radio station all the time and has become the soundtrack of those 3 months. Listening to this reminds me of my brother’s high school graduation 7 years ago and I loved the song because it would remind me that one day I would be in his shoes walking across the stage and receiving my diploma. About 3 or 4 months ago i was battling depression and had suicidal thoughts from people telling me that "I'd never amount to anything good in life" or that "I'm a worthless being." Immediately after that day I went back to my house and immediately bust into tears, it was the first time i was able to truly smile in weeks. That day the name Imagine Dragons was the name of a group that i'd never forget. You've probably hear many experiences like this...but it still just seems right to thank you for opening my eyes to a better life because with out you..i wouldn't be here today. You've been my favorite group ever since and always will be.

Michael Tooz I'm battling depression too man. Its hard. I got on and off with depression. I'm 16 and lonely. I have a girlfriend but not that many friends or family but Imagine Dragons I've loved for awhile. I've been here supporting them for awhile.

Listening to this reminds me of grade 4, when the whole class was returning from a school trip on a bus. The driver put this song on the speakers and everyone in our class remembered it from our practices in music class. We were all screaming this song at the top of our lungs. Having the time of our lives, shouting like the whole world couldn't hear us. And for four minutes, nothing else mattered. I was surrounded by friends who would leave, friends who would stay, and friends who I would remember for the rest of my life. I cherish this song and this memory to be one of the greatest moments of my childhood. Thankyou Imagine Dragons.

When I was in year 6 my class played this at an assembly and now, 2 years later i get the same feeling when I hear it. Sitting up on stage having the best time surrounded by my friends. Also, that was the most beautiful thing i have ever read.

The day this video was released was the day my daughter was born. I’ll never forget it. Now we sing to it! This song and “Clover Cage - In The Sky” are the two songs that helped get rid of my depression. I just want to send love to everyone and I want everyone to know things will get better.
