The group consisted of members Eunchae (은채), Yoona (유우나), Rainie (레이니), Cyan (시안), Choyeon (초연) and Zin (지인). They debuted on October 25, 2021, with the single album "bugAboo". The group is split up into two units; "Bug" (Eunchae, Choyeon, Zin) and "Boo" (Yoona, Rainie, Cyan).
On December 8th, 2022, ATEAM Entertainment announced the group have decided to terminate their contracts after long discussions.
