The album was released as a two part album series, the first part being labeled "Everything or Nothing #DQH1". The second part titled "Everything or Nothing #DQH2".

The album is a dance-pop and eurodance album that continues with the EDM sound she crafted in her seventh studio album, Heartbreaker. Similar to her previous three albums (Heartbreaker, Champagne Problems, and Just Dance), Everything or Nothing was created during December of 2023 through INNA's YouTube vlog series, Dance Queen House. In the vlog show, INNA lived in a mansion with songwriters and music producers, creating the music for this album, with INNA documenting the progress through vlogs.

The album's lead single, "Cheeky", was released on January 26, 2024 alongside an accompanying dance music video. It is a trilingual dance track featuring English, Spanish, and Arabic lyrics.
