Few women have sung Brassens, some notable covers are recorded by Barbara, Renée Claude or Juliette Gréco, but this tribute album consists of 13 new covers recorded by 10 of today's French pop artists - Anne Sila, Clio, Clou, Corine, Erza Muqoli, Janie, Nach, Nina Louise, Philippine and Vanille.
These new interpretations are respectful of the original melodies but with a new orchestration and arrangements by Bruno Le Roux and Ilan Abou.
