The group was active between 2007 and 2015, and haven't released a song since then.
Oskar "Kihlen" Linnros, formerly a member of the band Snook, was a member of Maskinen but left after the release of the single "Segertåget" in 2008.
Their style of Hip-Hop could be describes as electro/hip-hop with influences from baile funk.
Their old logo was an upside-down verion of the Wu-Tang Clan logo and has since been changed twice, first into a swan and later into a winged swan skull.
