平賀さち枝
Sachie Hiraga (平賀さち枝, born in 1987 in Iwate Prefecture, Japan) is a folk/pop singer-songwriter. She began learning composition, songwriting, and guitar performance in 2009. She debuted in 2011 with the album さっちゃん ("Sacchan", her nickname) on kiti label. Her second release, a mini album titled 23歳 ("23-sai"), came out in 2012.
