This happened with very little resources, a sum of wide open influences; and made the first "sound drafts" incorporate ambient sounds, electro, techno, breakbeat, house – but, beyond it all, uncommon effects, noises and a "rough" touch.
From then on a clear and gradual evolution happened: more complex compositions, where styles were mixed with harmony improvement; the use of melodies derived from Ambient Techno – IDM – Glitch Pop (influence of e-music labels such as Astralwerks, Kompakt, Warp, Novamute, Planet-Mu, R&S Records and Internal).
2001 - The demo CD "O Alienador EP" had a pretty positive review published on brazilian mag DJ World (# 3).
2002 - A second demo EP, "Elektruthfuck>>>Understandit", brought tracks on a more connected way – going for the dancefloors, while keeping an experimental mood. The track "Elecktruthfuck", a breakbeat & ambient crossover – certainly the better produced one til then – was a standout. Internet started acting as a valuable channel and it ended up generating essential contacts and contributions for the project.
On december 2002 the american independent label Moron Labs (from Austin,Texas) launches the compilation "Look What I Cooked Vol. 1: Meat & Potatoes", with 11 experimental tracks - of producers from various contries – amongst them is "Elecktruthfuck".
On February 2003, another track: "Spread The Spell (Melodik 'Lektro)", made its way through the second compilation from Moron Labs "Look What I Cooked Vol. 2: Dinner Party", as well as two other tracks from parallel project Stumblefather – O Pai do Tropeço.
On the three hosted pages at Fiberonline website - launched on 2004 & 2006 - the number of downloads is close to 10,000 hits. And the project has already stood thrice as Artist of the Week.
EPs & Tracks were released on netlabels from 2006 on: "Tales of Psychotropicdaelia EP" (the 10º title from Shkart Records, based on Macedonia), "First Schizophrenic Pupil Ep"(4ºrelease on Sao Paulo's Digital Enemy netlabel, now available for download through: www.fiberonline.com.br/alien_schizo) and the "Astral Baby (2006 Extended Remix)" track on "SDLC 3.2 – Move Your Ass Baby" compilation (through the french Salon de La Composition Records).
On 2007, AlienAqtor started his soundtrack creation' works for the new underground brazilian horror cinema: 6 compositions were on "Era dos Mortos (Era of The Dead)"(Caboco Exporádico Filmes); and new ones will be on other movies by the second semester of the year.
The Psicotropicodelia Music netlabel, coordinated by AlienAqtor, was launched on may 2007, through the 'Contos de Psicotropicodelia' blog with the "Vol. 1" compilation:
