Ever since Jones was born he has been dedicated to perfecting his passion and craft for creating top-tier authentic hip-hop music. Jones spent years studying hip-hop artists that have helped mold and shape the genre of hip-hop before embarking on his quest to reach hip-hop royalty such as Nas, Lil' Wayne, Nelly, Jay-Z, T.I., Outkast and Kanye West. These artists have inspired Jones to not only sharpen but expand his pen-skill, flow and showmanship. .
In 2007, at the age of eighteen, Jones signed with Grind Squad Entertainment after being introduced to Kevin "Red" Black and Adrian "40 Grand" Lipsey, the Co-Ceo's of Grind Squad Entertainment, through his long time friend and former producer Joshua "Jae-Class" McCadney. From there Jones began to build his brand and image under the guidance and direction of his musical mentors Red and 40 Grand.
Now at the zealous age of 22, Jones is armed with his scorching hit single "Everyday," which was produced by longtime friend and frequent collaborator Chris "Crisis (Kent)" Cole. Everyday is currently setting the radio waves, mixtapes, and the streets of St. Louis ablaze. After the completion of this single, Jones is finally ready to claim the pole position in the world of hip-hop.
Jones possesses a potent flow and style that vividly paints the picture of his life through his music. Listeners can feel his pain, love, and passion for the life he leads, as if you've walked a mile in his shoes. His live show can and only should be compared to the heavyweight entertainers in urban music being that Jones gives and leaves a piece of himself on stage during every performance.
Currently Jones is putting the finishes touches on his first official LP (still untitled). His first mixtape: LIFE THROUGH MY AVIATORS (LTMA) is a magnum opus that reaches for the benchmark set by other classic freshmen LP's like that of Nas' "Illmatic" or Jay-Z's "Reasonable Doubt".
