Forelle's debut album was released March 24th, summing up their first 2 years together as a band in their ever flashing neon hometown; Miami, Florida. Their album, "The Jewelry Box," blasts 13 tracks that punch, spit, kick, and bite truth with psyche-hard rock melody.
Both ex-Twice the Sun members, James Partridge (vocals) and Tommy Garrett (drums) established Forelle shortly after their fall out with Roadrunner Records. Gavin Valcarce (bass), Javi Bolea (electronics), and former member of Debase, Paul Austin, on the guitar helped shape the now collage-like band that takes women, ghosts, and drugs among many other topics and shoots them out on a 53 minute and 22 second headphone ride. "We are really stoked about the album. We know we have been somewhat-secluded for the past year, not playing too many shows, but all those long days and nights we put into recording and mixing these songs paid off. Now our band has to plan on what's to come and make some moves," said Tommy Forelle's drummer.
The self-produced album, mastered by Michael Fuller (Pink Floyd, The Eagles), will be sold at Forelle shows and their website. Any other internet venue or select music store selling the album will be announced as soon as it's concrete.
