Since childhood we are taught that animals exists to our own profit, but this is a prejudice called speciesism (discrimination against beings belonging to other species). Millions of them suffer and are killed in slaughter houses, farms, zoos, circus, labs... but we can avoid their suffering if we reconsider our relationship with them. It is because all this that we fight for the animals will be fairly treated in future time. They have interests of non-suffering and of living freely.
