He's a Dadaist since his birth, as proved by his first utterance, in 1981: "Dada".
As a little child he falls in love with painting and, still illiterate, he daydreams of a fantastic world with its own geography, its own language, his own towns.
He firmly believes in the existence of the big cities of Thyronaghen, Samaleh, Minek Heit and in that of a little alien girl called Mira.
In 2000, being inspired by Beethoven' Sixth Symphony and by Prodigy, he starts composing. His first instruments being: a Casio 8bit keyboard, an amplifier, an old piano to tamper with, and one of the first Pentium in history rescued from being just a kind of a futuristic typewriter.
As a Dj he works in clubs (Link, Black B) and raves (Street Rave Parade, Sun Explosion), and in 2002 he meets Gigi D'Agostino, the leader of Italian pop electro scene, and joins his team as Noisemaker official producer.
His first issue is "Once upon a time" (Elettrogang-Once upon a time), an electronic fairy tale for dancing released five times between 2004 and 2005. His last one, "Vorrei fare una canzone" (Gigi D'Agostino & the Magic Melodien), written in 2004 and issued in 2007 ("Lento violento...e altre storie", Silver Disc in Italy).
As 30000 records run all over the world with his name on them, he gives birth to new genres, new styles, new shapes for his music journeys. He rests upon them. He starts again. And remember his childhood' fantastic world.
In 2006 he realizes his music is concert music now, and resolves to study it seriously. At the Bologna Conservatory he admits to his Maestro his weakness for the loop, and avows to his friends his love for the G plus minor cadenza d'inganno.
In 2007 he becomes an unaware graduate in History of Modern Music with a dissertation entitled "Franco Battiato and the Electronic Music from Fetus to Sulle corde di Aries". Battiato does appreciate but not the same do his professors, who did not understand it.
On September, the 27th, 2007 Gerolamo Sacco gives birth to Miraloop, long and secretly thought up. The label with its four netlabels – of which he is founder, president and artistic director – is the first indie label to be engaged at the same time in classical and contemporary music, electronic, pop and dance music.
With the helpful assistance of the co-founders Michele Casetti and Niccolò Sacco, of his friends Alessandro Ratoci and Luigi Mastandrea, after one year Miraloop is a fact, operating on a world scale digital distribution.
