K-9 brings the raw sound of true west coast hip hop. K-9 is true to his word, formerly part of The Death Row Camp, K-9 was brought on as the next best thing to hit Death Row Records, Along with other acts K-9 was part of the "Too gangsta for radio" compilation and also collaborated with acts like Tamia, The Outlawz, Mokenstaff, Gonzoe, Too Cool, Dresta the Gangsta, J Valentine, The lost souls, Young Hogg$, Dirty Dee, Swoop G, Dem Rock Real L.A. Compton, Watts Niggaz. K-9 later departed from The Row records to pursue other projects. K-9 is infamously known for going after Snoop Dogg at the source awards, and taking shots at Suge Knight.
