Krista has seen more, heard more, and told more stories than most folks two and three times her age, and her deceptively simple songs are the repository and touchstone of her experiences. Krista's songs are rife with melodies that stick unrelenting in the minds and hearts of those who hear them. Sentiments all delivered with a voice that will leave you wishing that you, and you alone, were the very inspiration for the lyrical and musical strains contained within.
Thankfully, her hard work has not been without its rewards; having garnered regional radio airplay and inclusion on a Calgary-based compilation with the song "Where's Your Mind Gone". Krista has just released a full-length album -with the generous support of a recording grant from the Alberta Foundation for the Arts.
