With him, Nacao Zumbi recorded two albums, "Da Lama ao Caos" (1994) and "Afrociberdelia" (1996), which made them well-known in Brasil and abroad. "Rios, Pontes e Overdrives", "A Cidade", "Da Lama ao Caos", "Maco", "Corpo de Lama" and their version of "Maracatu Atomico", (Jorge Mautner and Nelson Jacobina) became hits. After Science died in a road accident in 1997, the Nacao Zumbi members kept the band going, releasing in 1998 the double-CD "CSZN", still linked to the late leader's name. The album featured one live disc and one remix disc. In 2000, the group recorded "Radio S.AMB.A", proving that they could have a life without Science. Jorge Du Peixe became the vocalist, accompanied by the rest of the members; Lucio Maia, Alexandre Djengue, Toca Ogam, Gilmar Bolla 8 and Pupilo.
