This proyect began at the end of 2013 by initiative of Enrique García -vocalist of the band- and since then they began with the process of recording their demo "Agosto". // Neo Noir es un proyecto de Nostalgic Black Metal nacido en la ciudad de Los Teques, Venezuela, de la mano de los músicos: ENrique García, Simón Torres y José Morante (Ex miembros de Sueños de Bruma).
