Dim heddwch.
All contained many horrendous tracks but the best were written by the talent in the band Welsh guitarist who would of gone onto much greater things only the lead singer Dave Jones hampered all his chances to stop him leaving the band due to his natural selfishness.
The most popular tracks were Y WILK with a reggae sound this upbeat track was recognised instantly by Welsh producer Les Morrison from Bethesda and when Welsh TV came calling for a soundtrack to a new show they were recording Morrison put the edited version forward for use the edit being the removal of the vocal track and lyrics Dave Jones's only contribution to the song.
The Gambler another song written by Williams was a hard hitting rock sound available on YouTube and showcases the original style of self taught guitarist Williams and Chronic vocal sound of Jones that had a warble which all musicians who hear this to this day ask 'who the hell is that its horrific'.
Tolls & beads was a great Queen inspired riff and was pyw dalls first TV appearance but the vocals had a damp drop when they kicked in and the video had a bass player who couldn't play a not and the rhythm guitarist was a fraud just in the video for the cash all instruments were played by Williams and Owen and Jones's ridiculous bent dance at the end of the video looked like a spinning can of Morrison's value baked beans.
Uncle Albert was maybe the Worlds worst vocal track which just sounded like someone spewing into a bingo tumbler whilst a bomb went off in the distance and as a start to the B side of the tape was just so off putting I imagined everyone just turn there tape recorders off then.
This tape was a batch of 300 and 299 are still available for sale and one was lost in COB records in Bangor as they used it to prop up a wonky desk.
