Raised with the a heavy personal influence from Ocean Colour Scene and Echo Base drummer/singer Oscar Harrison, Sticky began playing drums at the age of 9years old. At the age of 15 Sticky began to promote and organize his own nights across Essex and London.
After years of development on the London scene as a drummer playing in venues such as The Garage, The St Moritz Club and Brixton Jamm, Sticky turned his attentions to playing 5-string American Banjo in 2006. This led to a short career in the southern English folk scene, until 2008 when Sticky began a career as a music producer/sound engineer.
After gaining a degree in Sound Engineering and Production in Birmingham UK he began to develop his production skills by working for Smoke House productions, Limehouse London.
During this period Sticky was lucky enough to work with artists such as Peter Hook (Joy Division/New Order), Bill Wyman (The Rolling Stones) and Henri Padovani (The Police). After developing his production craft on a custom 64channel Neve desk and 2inch reel-to-reel tape he set out on his own to become a reggae/dnb/hiphop producer and make his name.
Currently Sticky is based in Birmingham UK and works with artists such as Juggla (Overproof Sound System), Pablo Rider (UB40) and Mish Mayb (Alternative Dubstep Orchestra) producing some the UKs freshest original cuts.
