They were influential in the Japanese Underground of the 1990's, having formed in March of 1991 but the band got into a hiatus after the suicide of their singer, Mutsumi, in February of 1999. Their last perfomance was in May in a tribute concert to Mutsumi. The three surviving members would reunite once more in 2009, again for a tribute to Mutsumi. They disbanded until 2009 when a reunion to commemorate the tenth anniversary of Mutsumi's death brought the three surviving members back together for good.
Members:
Fukuhara "623" Mutsumi, née Takahashi — vocals
Keiko — guitar (also played in Ex-Girl)
Kawai Shinobu — bass (also played in Tricomi)
Matsudaaahh!! — drums (also played in Weeee?)
One of the particularities of the band that doesn't get lost in the english media is the fact they released albums in North America. This is because in 1993 they got to fly there and perform in CBGB, which got them signed to a major label overseas.
