He is regarded as a true MC and is known for his sharp flow,freestyling abilities,and habit of being raw and truthful. He is very respected in the Texas hip hop community and admired for his ability to accomplish as an independent what is usually only accomplished by major label artists and accredits UGK and Geto Boys as his biggest musical influences.

Originally from the ruthless South Side of Baton Rouge Louisiana,Toochie Loc is no stranger to violence,crime,drug dealing,and typical ghetto life.
