May be the powering source. So breathing via meditation gives the source of power to our body. Which via our brain can use it to function more consistently and neurologically with good health included of course haha.

You can likely control your central nervous system and inner thermal energy.

Like as if you can hold a charge and direct it.

It's like controlling your blood cells or going from automatic to manual.

We breath automatically without realizing but when you turn it on manual mode...you obtain more control and benefits. So control is key... but this is simply my take. Theres more to it but I'll leave it at this

30 years ago i had a very powerful chi kung healer and acupuncturist. The energy was amazing that came through him, his arm veins would hugely expand as he healed. I went from bedridden to doing a long bushwalk within hours.
I lost track of him but met him again 25 years later, but unfortunately he could no longer heal in the same astonishing way.

When I was younger I practiced Wu Shu and I had a couple different mentors/teachers from different fields that taught me meditation techniques. I used my hands to siphon out negative energy and add blue/green/yellow positive energy into an ex girlfriend at the time and her chest literally jumped up and she was like "holy shit its real." I have since become a Chef and after watching this I might want to get back in to the astral projection and meditation again. It scared me too much when I was younger, I didn't want anything to do with it. Also being a Pisces I naturally can read energy and thoughts/intentions and it's a lot to deal with mentally when you just want to live life "normally" haha

@TJ At that time I had been practicing for 6 years. I had learned to slow my heartbeat down to about 20 BPM. In hindsight, maybe not all of this stuff was that good for me because I ended up having a $600k heart surgery at age 22. That's why I stopped messing with energy transferring. I can still read minds and see auras and use that to my advantage in life, but I don't mess around with physically transferring energy anymore.

this guy came from Indonesia and the technique was quite popular back then, although it differs from what I know. I had done chi Kong for about a decade when I took up two disciplines that are grounded in chi. Another decade of daily practice.
One day I became very enraged and walked up to a gas pump near by. I centered and placed my palm on the the digital readout part. I inhaled and energized the back of my tongue. A very loud boom was audible and the glass was shattered. The readout changed color from blue to orange and the fuel pump itself had to be replaced because it no longer worked to pump fuel.
My friend was there and got very freaked out due to the fact that not only did I not strike it. But the glass was pulled out not smashed in.
Many other times was I able to do things that seemed impossible yet it looked as if I didn’t even try. Like taking down a pretty large guy with out a strike. Just a touch.
The girls like it so I’ll just stick to less violent styles like dim mak manifestations and more of the kundalini type stuff. It’s very real.

I remember seeing this video years ago. I know exactly what chi/ki is. I can definitely feel it. It burns and kinda tingles. I just can't control it for long. It just kinda goes away after some seconds. I have actually surprised people when I touch 2 ends of a volt meter. It'll read 7 or 8 volts. This guy's is obviously way higher. Only once have I produced a shock. The digital screen went out on my DVD player, so I decided to try to channel some chi through my hand and put my finger about an 1½" away from the screen....then a shock between the screen and finger occurred and it started working again. Ok I know we both sound really weird but tbh I completely understand what you are saying. I can feel this movement within me that can only be best explained with the word “energy”. I tested to see if this was my muscles working in some way so I laid down on my bed and completely relaxed my body. Even then, I can still move this “energy” around my body. For me, it starts right above my waist line and from there I can usually direct wherever I want within my body. Some days I can do it better than other, almost like I’m in the zone some days. Other than this, I can’t do much more. I guess when I’m weightlifting, I occasionally try to utilize this energy to give me a pump mid set. I can usually rep out an extra 1-2 reps when I focus, but then I get fatigued after. The location of the fatigue is right where the energy starts too, like I’ve used up my reserves or some shit. After using it the first time, it becomes harder to use each time after.

Idk if we are “gifted” or just weird, but I always like to stay open minded to all possibilities. Anyways, I sound like a total nut job so let me stop here lol.

@seekerland: If you do Chacra practice (even other people who do meditation or pray), you should be able to do the following: Cut a small thin squared piece of aluminium foil (very thin paper works, too), measuring about 2x2 inches. 1.: fold it this way, that you have a small "umbrella" (2x folding, crosswise) 2.: put the umbrella on the top of a needle. 3.: you should be able to let it rotate, only by your hands getting close, but not touching it.

Idk but this is my speculation. The fire starts from under the paper. I believe that there was a fire source under it and he pressed the paper against it. The paper looked a bit charred even before the main burning started.
