There's an Islamic story that's similar in a sense.
It's about the birth of a community of evil, music, dance, seduction and the birth of the tradition of partying on saturadays constructed by the devil.
The community was created after kane killed his brother abel and was exiled from the upper lands of a community of good ppl and the evil like kane followed to lower ground and eventually the devil came and taught them music then dance of women to corrupt the good by making them curious of the sounds they heard and to indulge in the party life on Saturdays.
