This is a story that I have never told

I'm no longer vulnerable to your hurtful actions, I'm stronger.

I'm stronger than I've ever been
I've grown and learned from my experience, and am now stronger than before.

I've built up emotional protection, and you can no longer hurt me.

I'm rising out of the pain and hurt you caused, and am now full of strength.

I still have some residual feelings of shame and pain from what you did.

That I will never show
But I don't need to share or reveal them to you.
