Carmit was also given more vocals at the start of their recording group journey, with some of those original more "fair" lyrical distributions ending up on the album with Tainted Love, Went as far as we felt like going, and Hot Stuff. Once Kaya left and they began focusing on their big singles, that was where the attention was pushed on to Nicole 100% with some backup and adlibs from Carmit and Melody scattered throughout. Ashley, Kimberly, and Jessica were there to primarily be dancers though, you aren't wrong about that.
