Ingredients:
2 large eggs
170g Nutella
Icing sugar for dusting
1) Preheat your oven to 190°C/ Gas Mark 5/ 170°C (fan).
2) Add the eggs to a bowl and separate the yolks from the whites.
3) Whisk the egg whites until fluffy.
4) Add the Nutella to the egg yolks and whisk until well combined.
5) Fold in the egg whites 1/3 at a time.
6) Pour the mixture evenly into 2 ramekins.
7) Bake for 17-18 minutes.
8) Dust with icing sugar (optional).
9) Enjoy!

1.Sperate the eggs
2.Whisk the egg whites so they form stiff peaks
3. Add the nutella into the two egg yolks and mix together
4. Add the egg whites one third at a time, folding in gently each time you add more egg white
5.Pour the mix evenly between two ramekins
6. Bake in the oven at 170C ( fan) for 17-18 minutes
7. Dust with icing sugar
8. Enjoy !!!

Just tried this. I can confirm this is actually so easy and tastes amazing. Also gluten free for my friend who is intolerant.
