BOYS
[unknown] Lyrics

Get up off me get up off me
I thought I told them I told them
Get up off me get up off me
I thought I told them I thought I told them
No hater potion going to stop my motion
Not to be boasting
But you can't stop what was already written
Get up off your boy
When you're too generic with your rhythm written spitting
Pull up if you want to support but this ain't court
I don't subpoena no one to help
Just me and my myself
Even if I'm in hell fighting demons
Back against the wall
I'm still not yelling help I'm still loud as hell
An i ain't talking about smell
By the way that I'm felt
You can tell that I'm fresher then stale
Still being built mind higher then stilts
Whatever beat gets made gets killed
Whatever shame you make gets spilled
I let the public be the judge of what's fake an real
Because you can't stop e
I'm the hottest piece in this underground swap meet
Much love to those that rock e
Much love to those that knock me
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
You can't stop him
Make some noise
Get up off me
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
You can't stop him
Make some noise
Get up off me
I'm making a bigger comeback then creed and rocky
You probably need some help so I'll let you copy
Like russia fighting nazi's ukraine is fighting nazi's
I don't believe nothing from these paparazzi's
Like a coach on the hot seat
I fire where ever the opps be
I capitalize where your sloppy
Coming harder when she's topping
Trending the hottest topic I'm pure profit
Off the logic my band upgraded
There is no more garage
Hotter then radioactive rods
You should get up off me
Before I turn your dream into a mirage
Alternate reality like oz
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
You can't stop him
Make some noise
Get up off me
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
You can't stop him
Make some noise
Get up off me
Get up off me get up off me
I thought I told them I told them
Get up off me get up off me
I thought I told them I thought I told them
I thought I told them they gotta get up off me uh
Stop touching I thought I told them
I thought I told them I thought I told them
Get up off me
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
You can't stop him
Make some noise
Get up off me
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
You can't stop him
Make some noise
Get up off me
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
You can't stop him
Make some noise
Get up off me
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
Can't stop your boy
You can't stop him
Make some noise
Get up off me
I told you all they can't stop me
Just stop believing all that media hype

Stop believing all the things they write
Stop believing all that they know what's right

Overall Meaning

The song "BOYS" by [unknown] is a raw and honest portrayal of the realities of gang life in London. The lyrics talk about the constant threat of violence, the feeling of being constantly on edge and the struggle to survive in a world where every day could be your last. The song warns against being indecisive and sitting on the fence, as it could lead to being "dropped" or targeted by rival gangs. The lyrics also speak to the toughness that being a "G" or gangster requires, as well as the unpredictability of life in the streets.

The chorus of the song repeats the line "See, I'm a tug boy," which is a reference to being a member of the Nine Trey Bloods gang in London. The lyrics use slang and references specific to London's gang culture, which may not be familiar to listeners outside of the UK. However, the powerful delivery and emotion in the rapper's voice make it clear that this is a song borne out of lived experiences.

Overall, "BOYS" is a reminder that the harsh realities of gang life are never far away, and that even those who navigate it successfully are constantly aware of the risks.

I’ll be honest…

I looked at the comments before even watching the trailer.

I never, ever do this…

However…

I’m not going to watch the trailer. I’m a very critical and very cynical person. I really am.

You know what though?

I trust them.

I’m going to watch nothing and I’m going to just enjoy it when it comes out.

@l_a_n_k_y

Too bad it seems he’s starting to care less about it. I mean he literally said he couldn’t be bothered to voice homelander in mortal kombat. Sure it sucks WB tryna low ball my guy but come on man.

@clkgtr12

@@l_a_n_k_yhe gotta be trolling, it that was true they wouldn't have used his face

@pepeshitpost

@@l_a_n_k_yhim not voicing homelander in mk doesn't mean he doesn't care. He could just be busy with shooting the boys

@arthuroliveirasouza4714

@@l_a_n_k_y Well, he hates the character because it´s the Joffrey/Ramsay of SUper Heroes shows/movies.

Antony Starr seriously deserves an Emmy for his portrayal as Homelander. Every scene he’s in you’re constantly in fear he’ll snap…then the next second he’s literally clamoring for milk like a baby. Just an amazing portrayal of a truly conflicted/twisted character.

@kosmonauta577

im surprised he didnt get emmy for this long, i he should have got it even for the first season. When an actor gives you some emotions, even when you see them not acting it means they 200% deserve the award.

@Suteri3400

When he goes on stage to receive the award, he will say that he is better, stronger, smarter than the rest

@user-js4eu7jz5o

I love the way they shot and edited this teaser like an intense horror. Perfect vibes for Season 4
