この歌にはとっても思い出が有ります
私が小学低学年の時に
父が映画を観に連れて行ってくれました
でも鮮明に記憶にあることは小学生が観る映画では無かったです（笑） ですがこの歌は父との思い出の歌で大好きです

「上海帰りのリル」は高島ご兄弟4人と同じ富山県出身の大先輩歌手「津村謙さん」が昭和26年に歌い、大ヒットした曲ですね。高島ご兄弟は同郷の大先輩・津村謙さんを尊敬しており、大切に唄い継いでいます（＾＾）津村謙さんは「天鵞絨（ビロード）の声」と言われ、透き通るようなきれいな歌声の方です。孝太郎さんが重なります。

「上海帰りのリル」は、戦前の「上海リル」のアンサーソングのような感じなのでしょうか。Wikipediaを見ると「上海リル」は、アメリカ映画「フットライト パレード」の主題歌とのことです。劇中、ジェームス ギャグニー！が歌ってるようで、YouTubeでも見れました。日本でも、川畑文子さん、ディック ミネさんなどがカバーしてますね。私などは、のちに吉田日出子さんが歌っていたのが印象的です。雄次郎さんが「リルとは、マイ リトル ダーリンの略だそうですね」と言ってましたね。
