Two of the members (RiSe and Sojung) were on the first season of "K-Pop Star".
Their agency has stated that ‘Ladies Code’ is said to signify, “A group that incorporates the wannabe code of ladies to put on dramatic stage performances.” “Ladies’ Code including Kwon Ri Sae, Lee So Jung, and more members are talented girls with both visuals and talent. They will share the stories that all of the women in Korea can relate to and deliver women's’ stories through music to show a new girl group image.”
They released "Bad Girl", their first digital single on August 6, 2013. The song debuted high on real-time charts, peaking at #3, #8, and #11 on Bugs, Mnet, and Cyworld real-time charts.
On September 3, 2014, the group was in a car accident after leaving an event in Daegu after they lost control while trying to avoid a vehicle that had skidded out on the road ahead. According to police reports, the vehicle they were riding in lost a rear wheel, causing it to spin multiple times before coming to a halt. Eun.B sustained the most serious injuries and died before reaching hospital. RiSe endured several hours of surgery, but unfortunately succumbed to her injuries on September 7, 2014. Sojung was critically injured but is now stable, and Zuny and Ashley sustained minor injuries and were treated for shock.

After watching the whole MV for Galaxy, I just couldn't stop thinking they were singing about EunB and Rise, specially with the symbolism in the MV.
We can see lots and lots of sissors, which might mean how life played against the girls, by suddenly cutting the group apart, because EunB died and then Zunny reforces the idea of losing Rise for the same reasons (When I open my eyes I find it's a dark space, oh, that's okay. This is a Deja vu...) Also when Zunny sang that part, I immediatly remembered how the MV began: at the moment the two drums sounded the screen went dark...two times... this comeback begins not only with a new MV, but with two dark spaces united.
The second part we all obviously could notice is the huge amount of triangles, which probably represents how they are three of them, but not only that. When death happens so close to your life, specially if it is a family member, or in this case, your best friend, the situation is so impactful that becomes part of your everyday life. Maybe that's why there are too many triangles, because they are aware that they are now only three, and they can't take that idea away from their minds... they are traumatized, although they've comeback with new music.
Also, they say in the chorus "Take me to Galaxy/Endless emergency". This show desperate and sad they are for losing more than two member, a part of their lives. "Take me to Galaxy" - they want to be with EunB and Rise in the place these two girls are now, in heaven, the place they are watching over Ashley, Zunny en Sojung; "Endless emergency" because this feeling of having their friends back, sharing their now recognition, their friendship, the success and support is something they will have until the end of their lives, and will never have.
In addition, there are a few scenes where they do a triangle-shaped walking, and also they were walking backguards. i take this second way of walking as nostalgia, another factor of how they miss everything they did together and will never recover, as well as the fact of wanting their past life back, they want get stock to the past and stay there. but they know they can't because they know that's not what EunB and Rise would have wanted for the group, so they had to come back, even though it hurts.
So, as a summary: The song talks about a missing love, but the type of love you share with your best friends or relatives, and the MV reforces the idea of how Ashley, Zunny and Sojung perceive their new reality without EunB and Rise, and how life can play this tricky games, but it's important to have the guts and keep going thorugh a path that may break your bones, but not your determination of living for yourself and the ones you lost.
