This is my favorite Beck song. There is something utterly sublime about it, simultaneously ethereal and tragic. It's distressingly beautiful.

He us not of this world. But made for dissemination. I thank God for such created beings.

Its like a Copy from Nick Drake “River Man”

@belleepoque4597

@Soul I had never heard of River Man, so I decided to give a listen. It's a beautiful song, and I hear some similarities in a general way, but I don't hear it as a copy.

@timothydillow3160

My favorite Beck album. No artist has ever made a more heartfelt and genuine album than this 2002 masterpiece.

@_baalshamin

@Belle Epoque It's almost the same song hahaha but I love both!

one of the most hauntingly beautiful songs ever

I enjoy walking abandoned railroads and ghost towns , old bridges, tunnels, finding old relics while listening to this song. With all of today's insanity, songs like this help me keep on the quiet path of solitude and satisfaction.

@brunobottossi

Don't worry, I still hear this album as if it was released yesterday. The best album of all time for me.

@roboneil408

It was/is stunning. So well done....but such a departure from pre-sea change Beck.
