The Lord has come
Let earth receive her King
Let every heart prepare Him room
And heaven and nature sing
And heaven and nature sing
And heaven and heaven and nature sing
The Lord has come
Let earth receive her King
Let every heart prepare him room
And heaven and nature sing
And heaven and nature sing
And heaven and heaven and nature sing
Joy to the earth
The Savior reigns
Let men their songs employ
While fields and floods
Rocks, hills, and plains
Repeat the sounding joy
Repeat the sounding joy
Repeat, repeat the sounding joy
Joy to the world
All the boys and girls
Joy to the people everywhere you see
Joy to you and me
Joy to the world
All the boys and girls
Joy to the people everywhere you see
Joy to you and me
He rules the world
With truth and grace
And makes the nations prove
The glories of His righteousness
And wonders of His love
And wonders of His love
And wonders, wonders of His
Joy to the world
All the boys and girls
Joy to the people everywhere you see
Joy to you and me
Joy to the people everywhere you see
Joy to you and me
The lyrics of Mariah Carey's rendition of “Joy To The World” celebrate the birth of Jesus Christ and the arrival of the King of the world. The song is an exclamation of happiness and joy, as the heavenly and natural world sing together in the arrival of the King. The first verse speaks to the Earth’s preparation to receive the King, who has finally arrived after a long-awaited period. The following verses continue to remind people of the good news of Jesus Christ’s birth and advise us to prepare our hearts to receive him. The lyrics suggest that everyone, including nature, rejoices in the arrival of Jesus Christ.
The third verse specifically mentions the Savior’s reign on earth, and how the Earth and all things in it sing in celebration of his arrival. The fourth verse rejoices in the joy that everyone should feel during the Christmas season, and how it should be shared all around the world with everyone. The final verse speaks of the Savior's grace and wonders of His love, proclaiming that He rules the world and how it's up to the people to acknowledge His glory.

@Gabriel Neves lies ,mariah's tone is truly pleasant compared to whitney's from late 90s,but if you are reffering to whitney's tone at the time she was really whitney, then you are kidding. Her voice was magic !you just need to listen to the best of her.

Gabriel Box honestly it depends of people. You can find ariana grande or other singer who can have a voice near her but Whitney Houston, you can t find a voice like her and that a why she was unique but I prefer Whitney which is more deep and gospel
𝑀.
Her voice was absolutely flawless here. She’s hitting notes from every angle and isn’t thinking twice about it.

I feel it the same way....her and Whitney and I recommend the Clark Sisters who are the godmother's of gospel and they both studied their jazz classical and bad mama harmonies . 🎼🙏❤️
