These fiends include those who live on the street, the drug addicts and the homeless.

They are the ones responsible for filling up people's minds with despair and hopelessness.

Through the dregs of addiction
They use addiction as a tool to accomplish their evil purposes and spread their despair.

Toxify this fucking earth
They are the ones who are poisoning the earth with their wickedness and darkness.

Concrete lives and chemical low degradation
They are living their lives in a hollow, meaningless way filled with low and depraved behavior.

My children of hell shall convene there giving up blood to survive
The fiends have their followers, their children of hell, who are willing to spill their own blood to survive and follow their dark ways.

So they fiend and they beg to make everything different -
These children of hell beg and crave for change, but their ways only bring more darkness.

Their ways and desires seem wrong and twisted to those who have faith and hope.

Some people sacrifice their dreams and hopes, burning them in the fires of pain and tragedy, leading to a lonely existence.

Sometimes the line between reality and illusion becomes blurred, especially in moments of pain and darkness.

And the one who barely survives will eventually be the voice
The one who barely survives the darkness and pain will eventually become the voice of hope and light.

That is taunting and screaming, leaving you void -
This voice of hope can leave behind the darkness and taunt and scream to leave the listener empty, free of their despair.
