twisted up inside, knotted to the core learned to abhor, the twisted faces staring back at me, latching on to me holding on to me, you never let go. rich was the earth, that filled rivers with blood, blood over, in the back of the new vision. put forth by the state copulate, reverberate in this darkened space work to love and love and love death, dead, we are death, over and out, totally burned out. feel the machines implanted in your head, pulling stretching your thoughts. mangled nerves twist and turn. pull out all the wires and push them into your heart restart the core is turned on obliteration will start in 20 seconds you must have faith, your days are dysfunctional restart, program initiated, i saw death you feel pain i kill you, over and over again. to the end. your death, your dead. i see you, i stab you, i love you, i love you. i hate you, i hate you, i crush you, i own you. i destroy you, i clone, i glow, i kill you, i kill you, i kill you, i kill you, i feel you, i feel you, could i care, could i care, could i care, could i care.

Overall Meaning

The lyrics to 6L6's song "Dead" are dark and unsettling. From the opening line, "twisted up inside, knotted to the core," the listener is forced to confront the internal turmoil and conflict within the singer. They have learned to abhor the twisted faces staring back at them, but these faces continue to hold on, never letting go. The earth is described as rich, but filled with rivers of blood, suggesting a world that is corrupted and diseased. The new vision put forth by the state is dark and oppressive, encouraging the singer to work towards death and destruction.

Throughout the song, there is a sense of confusion and disconnection. The machines implanted in the singer's head pull and stretch their thoughts, and their nerves twist and turn. There is a desire to pull out all the wires and restart the core, but the result is ultimately obliteration. The repeated refrain of "I kill you, I kill you" adds to the sense of chaos and despair.

The lyrics suggest a world where pain and death are the norm, and where love and hate are intertwined. The singer both loves and hates, crushes and owns, destroys and clones. There is a sense of numbness and apathy, with questions about whether the singer could care anymore.

Overall, the lyrics paint a bleak and disturbing picture of a world where death and destruction are valued over love and connection.

I love it! "Look for burned parts" is my tube amp motto!. I also don't care for solid wire in these as they break. Bravo Terry!

Love this basic training series !! Very helpful to see the thought process for finding faults in these amps. Thanks for these

@jutukka

Very nice video.
And that's why as well the g1 contact of the tube socket must always be clean and tight. If it is dirty, oxidated or loose, causing negative bias voltage not being present at grid1, it causes the same unpleasant result to the totally innocent output tube as the broken wire did.

@edwhite7475

Wow, thanks, so always clean and tighten the sockets,right?

@YeatzeeGuitar

Enjoy this series a lot, keep it up!

Great video!!! The troubleshooting phase is where good techs earn their money and keep wasted time to a minimum. That one probably would have had me stumped for a while!
