O günden sonra ismim aşk oldu
Kalbime aşktan bir muska taktım
Nasip Allah'tan, sen gönül hakkım
Diyorsun ki ah bir bilsen
Ne çok çektim aşktan meşkten
Bir yaram var, sızlar bazen
Aman hadi yeter, boş ver gitsin
Kader ikimize birden gülsün
Sevda yaraları merhemlensin
Öpeyim geçsin
Herkesin çilesi aynı dertten
Kaderin cilvesi buymuş madem
Sevda yanığına çare dersen
Öpeyim geçsin, öpeyim geçsin
Göz göze geldik, içim yaz oldu
O günden sonra ismim aşk oldu
Diyorsun ki ah bir bilsen
Ne çok çektim aşktan meşkten
Bir yaram var, sızlar bazen
Öpeyim, öpeyim, öpeyim geçsin
Aman hadi yeter, boş ver gitsin
Kader ikimize birden gülsün
Sevda yaraları merhemlensin
Öpeyim geçsin
Herkesin çilesi aynı dertten
Kaderin cilvesi buymuş madem
Sevda yanığına çare dersen
Öpeyim geçsin, öpeyim geçsin
Öpeyim geçsin
Aman hadi yeter, boş ver gitsin
Kader ikimize birden gülsün
Sevda yaraları merhemlensin
Öpeyim geçsin
Herkesin çilesi aynı dertten
Kaderin cilvesi buymuş madem
Sevda yanığına çare dersen
Öpeyim geçsin, öpeyim geçsin
Öpeyim geçsin
Öpeyim geçsin
Öpeyim geçsin
The lyrics of Aşkın Nur Yengi's song "Öpeyim Geçsin" express the longing and pain of love. The first verse describes a moment of connection between two people, where their eyes meet and it feels like summer inside. Since that day, the singer's name has become "love," and she has put a love charm on her heart. She believes that destiny comes from God and that the person she desires is her rightful love.
The chorus reflects on the suffering and passion that love brings. The singer admits to having a wound that sometimes throbs, but she wants to kiss it away and make it pass. She urges herself to let go and let destiny take its course. She hopes that fate will bring happiness to both of them and that love wounds will find healing through her kisses.
The second verse emphasizes that everyone has their own share of pain and is subjected to the whims of fate. If love wounds are seen as a problem, the solution offered is to kiss them away and let them pass.
Overall, the song portrays the intense emotions and struggles that love brings, while also suggesting the power of a simple act like a kiss to offer solace and healing.
