Same boat brother, we gotta do better and erything starts getting better. I had a chronic neurological disorder which we believe stemmed from years of depression I jus suppressed and ignored. I got the point where I couldn't leave my bed without feelin ill. Relied on pills and painkillers everyday. Spent about two years jus lying down 99% of the time. Once I confronted where I was in life and how fucked everything was I could start to turn around and get better. Jus a couple years later I'm doing so much better and still getting better. I think everyone goes through some shit at some point in their lives. You jus gotta keep going till you're out the other side. Keep it up man, you got this!

Today is Sunday, I've been listening to this song almost none stop since Thursday. Listened to the original Nick Hakim version, read the breakdowns of Nick's and Absoul's versions, both songs have a similar underlying message.
